Key Worker Application Form 2021
Good evening parents.
This evening the Prime Minister has announced the latest series of measures aimed at the country getting control of the Coronavirus.
Whilst we await the roll out of vaccines in the weeks and months ahead it is vital that we follow the advised guidance.
School will be open but only for children who have a parent who is a key worker, or is a vunerable child.
For tomorrow Tuesday 5th January 2021 children of key workers may attend but only if absolutely necessary as all members of staff have a great deal of planning to be involved with. Children of key workers who are attending tomorrow (Tuesday 5th) should arrive (and depart) at their current staggered time slot.
This official list of key workers can be found at-
If you fit this description you are asked to complete this Proforma below
https://form.123formbuilder.com/5769425/form
This information will then be automatically forwarded to key people in school .
Please co operate by understanding that the underlying message here is stay at home -please keep your child at home where possible for their safety and to keep virus rate down.
More information will follow on remote learning during the day tomorrow (Tuesday).
We aim to have Remote Learning in place for Wednesday 6th January onwards.
Please do be patient as we try to put various systems in place during the next few days.
With thanks for your continued support
Mr Hayes
