The cost is £3 per session and will normally be for 5 or 6 weeks per term depending on the length of it.

Grow Active is available for KS1 and KS2 on the following days: -
- Key Stage 1 on Mondays.
- Key Stage 2 on Tuesdays.
The sessions will include various games and exercises including running, jumping, skipping, press ups, sit ups and many more. The children will be taught how to perform all of these exercises correctly and will also be shown how to safely stretch as to help improve flexibility. All of the exercises will help to improve the children's overall fitness and strength whilst helping them to learn more about their muscles.
They will have fun, be active and learn all at the same time.
