Key staff and expertise

We have a number of teaching assistants who are trained to deliver various interventions such as EPATT, MOVES, Sensory Circuits, Word Wasp, Power of 2 and Lego Therapy. The majority of our teaching assistants have been trained in delivering Precision Teaching sessions, and we also have a bilingual teacher who supports learners and their families.

We work with an external provider who delivers the Mindstage intervention in collaboration in collaboration with a multidisciplinary team of psychologists, psychotherapists, occupational health specialists, educational experts and trauma‑informed practitioners. Staff are continually updating their pedagogy to meet the needs of individual children. To achieve this, teachers and support staff attend training courses run by a range of outside agencies. We also have three members of staff who hold the National SENDCO Award.
